Your Role & Responsibilities
Lead business analysis for PLM initiatives, gathering and translating requirements into technical specifications
Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure PLM solutions meet business needs
Analyze current processes and recommend improvements leveraging PLM capabilities
Drive configuration, testing, and implementation of PLM enhancements and upgrades
Support change management efforts and user training to maximize adoption and utilization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and IT to ensure seamless PLM integration
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within PLM environments
Deep knowledge of PLM systems such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, or Dassault ENOVIA
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
Experience working with cross-functional teams in large enterprise settings
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with PLM integration to ERP and CAD systems
Knowledge of change management principles and tools
Agile or hybrid project methodology experience
Education & Certifications You Need
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Relevant PLM certifications are a strong plus, including:
Siemens Teamcenter Certified Professional
PTC Windchill Certification (e.g., Windchill Business Admin or System Admin)
Dassault Systèmes Certified ENOVIA Specialist
CIMdata PLM Certificate Program
Aras Innovator Certified Professional
