This fast-growing DTC company has doubled its revenue every year since 2021, and is now looking for a highly creative Static Ads Graphic Designer to help us elevate our brand’s digital experience across the globe. Are you the right person for the challenge?

ABOUT THE ROLE


We’re looking for a part-time Static Ads Graphic Designer with deep knowledge of Meta Ads creative best practices to help us create thumb-stopping visuals that convert. You’ll be working closely with our creative team to test ad angles, optimize visuals, and iterate based on performance.


This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into full-time as we scale.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • 3+ years of experience designing static ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven ad designs
  • Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop
  • Ability to turn creative briefs into compelling visuals
  • Basic understanding of DTC ad psychology
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and layout balance
  • Bonus: Experience working with kids' or parenting-related brands


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Design scroll-stopping static ads that grab attention and drive clicks
  • Work from creative briefs to produce multiple variations per angle
  • Collaborate with creative strategist and copywriters to align on hooks and messaging
  • Ensure brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
  • Stay up-to-date with Meta ad trends and top-performing formats
  • Iterate on top performers and test new creative concepts regularly

SALARY
