The Role
We’re looking for an all-star Restaurant Onboarding Associate to join our quickly growing Restaurant Success Team here at Seated. Ultimately, you’ll be directly involved in maintaining our partnerships by providing unparalleled customer support for the restaurants we work with as they begin their partnership with Seated.
As the Restaurant Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be laser-focused on ensuring that our partners have the best experience possible getting onboarded onto the platform.
What You'll Do
Ensure new partners are onboarded quickly and efficiently, from Profile Creation to QA to Go-live.
Conduct onboarding calls with new restaurant partners, answering their questions, gathering information, and ensuring they are fully educated on Seated when going live on the platform.
Be the voice of Seated for new partners.
Manage partner inquiries during the onboarding process.
Recommend and implement changes related to the onboarding process.
What You'll Bring
Self-starter and problem-solver mindset with ability to juggle multiple things at once
2+ years experience, ideally in a Support or Account Management role
Expertise in CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Friendly, authentic, patient, and empathetic
Analytical mind and ability to manipulate data to answer customer questions
Experience working in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred but not required
