Role Overview

One of our partner data & AI companies based in India is solving important challenges in data warehousing & BI for mid-to-large global corporations. They are currently looking for a rockstar to lead the design and implementation of robust data warehousing solutions and BI strategies for their diverse clientele, with a strong focus on the logistics (3PL) industry. You’ll leverage your expertise in SQL and Python, combined with leadership skills and a passion for data-driven decision making, to drive impactful projects from inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
• Manage multiple data warehousing & BI projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
• Apply project management best practices.
• Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of scalable data warehousing solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Integrate multiple data sources and third-party systems to create unified reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define project scopes, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and industry standards throughout project lifecycles.

Must-have Skills & Experience

• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing technical teams.
• 8+ years of experience in data warehousing, BI, and analytics.
• Prior experience in the logistics (3PL) industry.
• Proven expertise in SQL and Python for data manipulation and process automation.
• High level of problem-solving skills, being able to resolve and pre-empt potential issues.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering multiple data warehousing projects to clients.
