Our expert guidance and software solutions simplify compliance, improve clinical quality, and streamline management of healthcare teams. This helps independent providers and healthcare organizations stay focused on their core competence: patient care.

You care deeply about the user experience and are passionate about supporting the physicians who rely on Zivian to navigate compliance. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated by improving processes and ensuring no physician falls through the cracks. You thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and are excited to take ownership of day-to-day workflows that directly impact physician success and retention.

What You'll Do

  • Own key parts of the physician engagement lifecycle—from onboarding and education to documentation and ongoing support.
  • Track and manage completion of required documentation (e.g., attestations, onboarding forms), proactively following up to drive completion.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of physician-facing tools and resources, ensuring physicians know how to use them and find value.
  • Assist in the development of internal documentation and SOPs to standardize physician operations workflows.
  • Use data to monitor engagement, surface trends, and recommend actions to increase physician satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows, reporting, and overall efficiency.

What You'll Bring

  • 2-5 years of experience in operations, provider support, or client-facing roles (healthcare or startup experience strongly preferred).
  • A service-oriented mindset and strong written/verbal communication skills—you can explain complex things simply.
  • Excellent follow-through and attention to detail—you keep things from falling through the cracks.
  • Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems (e.g., Google Suite, Hubspot).
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • A genuine interest in supporting healthcare professionals and improving their experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
