Job description

Company Overview

ColdIQ is a fast-growing B2B sales prospecting and GTM accelerator that helps tech, finance, e-commerce, and other companies scale their pipeline using data-driven systems and AI. We build fully automated outbound systems that flood our clients’ pipelines with qualified leads so their sales teams can focus on closing deals. At ColdIQ, we’re obsessed with innovation, clarity, and speed—and we know that great design is key to delivering trust and performance through our website.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented full-time UX/UI Designer to take full ownership of the design and experience of the ColdIQ website.

You’ll work closely with our founders, marketing team, and developers to transform our site into a world-class experience, one that educates, converts, and delights.

From landing pages and feature sections to tool comparison pages and user flows, you’ll be responsible for making every touchpoint clear, intuitive, and high-converting.

This is a high-impact, strategic design role with room to grow. You won’t just make things look good, you’ll help shape how our brand and offerings are experienced by thousands of users each month.

Responsibilities

  • Own the UX and UI design of the ColdIQ website: structure, layout, navigation, content blocks, and interaction design.
  • Collaborate with content, SEO, growth, and dev teams to turn strategy into seamless user journeys that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Design clear, user-friendly flows for key pages like tool listings, reviews, signup flows, and product education sections.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency and flexibility across the site.
  • Run light user testing, gather feedback, and continuously improve designs based on user behavior and data insights.
  • Stay up to date with design best practices in SaaS, marketplaces, and conversion-oriented UX.

Qualifications

  • Show a portfolio of beautiful, functional websites and include a link to your Figma file with your best designs.
  • Be an expert in Figma: create great-looking, user-friendly designs and lay out every detail so developers know exactly what to build.
  • Communicate clearly so you understand our needs and we understand your ideas.
  • Work well asynchronously using Slack, Linear and Loom.

Send a short Loom video of your best work this is required to be considered.

Bonus Points

  • Experience designing for SaaS, marketplaces, or product directories.
  • Experience with Framer and/or Webflow
  • Familiarity with sales tools or B2B technology spaces.
  • Experience with A/B testing and CRO (conversion rate optimization)

How to Apply

To be considered for this role, you must complete the application form and include the following:

  • A short Loom video showcasing your best work.
