We are looking for a visionary Head of Engineering with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to lead our technology organization. Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Architecture

Evaluate and enhance the companys technical infrastructure to support growth and innovation.
Identify impactful opportunities to integrate AI/ML into products and processes.
Define and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing system architecture, with robust AI/ML integration.

AI/ML Leadership

Drive the selection and implementation of AI/ML technologies and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Establish development standards, best practices, and ethical guidelines for AI use.
Oversee model development, training pipelines, monitoring systems, and continual learning workflows.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

Build and lead a high-performing engineering team including AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and software developers.
Mentor technical leads and foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
Develop hiring strategies and training initiatives to scale technical capabilities.

Governance & Compliance

Define AI governance frameworks to ensure ethical and responsible AI use.

In-depth experience in B2B technology domains such as construction tech, supply chain, or industrial platforms.
Expertise in AI/ML (deep learning, NLP, computer vision), and experience deploying models in production environments.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, data engineering, and software engineering principles.
