Job Description:

The Revenue & Listings Manager plays a pivotal role in optimizing property listings and maximizing revenue across all Rove markets. This role involves managing and enhancing property listings to ensure accurate, appealing, and competitive presentations, while also overseeing revenue management strategies to drive occupancy and profitability.


At Rove, you will:


Revenue Management:

  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to share feedback and provide market research with property comping and underwriting.
  • Actively review market comps for all Rove properties and proactively adjust pricing as needed
  • Work closely with the operations and launch teams to fill homes immediately upon first availability.
  • Act quickly on ideas and feedback to improve team workflow, market occupancy, and revenue.
  • Navigate legal complexities, aligning guest needs with Rove’s occupancy standards
  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, City Operations, Marketing, and Product teams.

Listings Management

  • Create and maintain property listings across all Rove markets, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
  • Write unique, compelling listing descriptions to effectively merchandise each property.
  • Optimize photo selection and order for each channel to increase conversion rates.
  • Conduct quality audits for grammar, style, and accuracy to maintain brand standards.
  • Act as Rove’s brand voice through content refreshes to improve listing performance and set accurate guest expectations.
  • Conduct market research to ensure Rove properties are optimally presented to guests.
  • Provide input and support for social media presence and postings.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard new booking channels and build standard operating procedures (SOPs).


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in listings and revenue management, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for delivering high-quality guest experiences.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets), Microsoft Office (Excel), PMS systems (Guesty, Wheelhouse, AirDNA, etc) and other relevant software tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Hospitality, Business, Real Estate, Communications) preferred.

Bonus Points if...

  • Previous people management experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of Airbnb and property management platforms
  • Listings experience in short term rentals or hotels
  • Start-up experience
