Job Description:

At Rove, we partner with individual and institutional homeowners to convert their unfurnished or semi-furnished properties into luxury short—to medium-term furnished rentals. The Onboarding Project Coordinator will be responsible for owning and coordinating the end-to-end activities required to drive successful new property launches. Additionally, you will be instrumental in developing new processes that will help Rove improve its portfolio and capabilities.


At Rove, you will:

  • Own one or multiple project launches - ensuring that projects stay on track and under budget
  • Coordinate communication with property owners, and various vendors and service providers, ensuring that all owner & property information is captured in preparation for onboarding activities
  • Ensure that the property inventory and furniture are ordered and received on time and at the appropriate properties as part of the property launch
  • Track project activities/notes/insights in Rove’s project management tools and templates
  • Manage project costs and communicate with appropriate internal stakeholders and/or property owners about expected costs
  • Aid our search for new vendors and service partners in new or existing markets that or for new services required
  • Work closely with the Director of Property Onboarding & Onboarding Managers to refine, codify, and scale our onboarding processes
  • Be a master of navigating multiple tech systems and platforms that we work within, demonstrating a mastery in your efficiency and ability to learn new concepts, systems, and workflows quickly


What we look for:

  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality or STR (short-term rental) operations support or management
  • 3+ years of project management experience - Plus, if it was in hospitality or construction
  • Major plus if you have interior design or FF&E sourcing experience
  • Strong understanding of shipment tracking/order fulfillment
  • A knack for organization, time management, and managing multiple workstreams at once
  • Experience in a remote-based working environment, particularly for a US-based company, is a plus
  • Strong Technology Skills - Using various online platforms (Google Suite, Notion, Monday, ClickUp, Slack, CRM, etc.)
  • Experience in customer/owner relations preferred
  • An eye for the details to ensure no details, however minor, are overlooked
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Creative thinking that challenges assumptions and wants to drive innovation
  • Experience providing input or creating SOPs to improve operational efficiencies
