People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Technical Architect C++

Your Duties Will Include

• Design and implementation of software solutions and service frameworks in C++
• Selecting appropriate architecture and design patterns to ensure performance and security
• Working closely with managers and technical teams to correctly implement the architecture
• Setting technical standards and overseeing their adherence in the software development process
• Translating business requirements into repeatable design strategies
• Identifying and resolving gaps in system designs
• Creating methods in line with compliance requirements (e.g. data storage, metadata management, change control)
• Assessing security risks and implementing appropriate safeguards
• Supporting the creation of solution delivery plans and verifying the correctness of implemented software
• Documentation of architectural designs and design decisions
• Planning and designing the structure of the proposed solution
• Communicating system requirements to development teams
• Selection of technologies, tools and integration methods
• Supervising selected programmes (e.g. code review) and supporting teams
  
  

Requirements That Must Be Met

• 10+ years of professional experience in C++ development.
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect
• Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture
• Familiarity with various operating systems (Window, Unix, Linux) and database (MySQL, Oracle)
• Experience in Cloud Technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with software development tools and methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills
• Very good English and Polish
