Job Summary:
The Vice President (VP) of Sales is responsible for building North’s electronic billing sales channel. This sales leader will be responsible for implementing strategies that will grow new and existing electronic billing customers. The VP of Sales will direct internal and external sales activities to increase sales referral accounts through building excellent customer relations with new partners and existing contacts and resources.
What you'll do:
Grow e-billing sales and profitability by prioritizing and capturing new customers and growing and maintaining revenues with existing customers.
Conducts market research into the electronic billing market and creates an action plan for achieving new business.
Build and maintain a knowledgeable and aggressive sales force to efficiently carry out the sales and marketing strategy that has been developed and approved for action, ensuring the necessary growth targets are attained.
Manage a high performing sales team by creating a culture of success, accountability, and goal achievement.
Provides leadership to the sales organization, and counsel to the management team in implementing sales organization objectives that reflect business goals.
Partners closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to develop go-to market sales strategy for specific sales channel.
Collaborate with product teams to drive alignment of product gaps, key features, and customer requirements.
What we need from you:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent industry experience
10+ years experience in the Merchant Services industry
5+ years sales leadership experience
2+ years leading electronic billing sales efforts in the Merchant Services industry
