Our Requirements
At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in the IT services industry.
A strong understanding of Agile (Scrum) methodologies and solid knowledge of key industry concepts such as T&M, Fixed Price, Critical Path, Change Requests, SLAs, etc.
A genuine interest in data, charts, and reporting — and the ability to clearly summarize current status and upcoming plans.
A track record of reliability and attention to detail — people can count on you not just to get things done, but to do them right.
Strong interpersonal skills — you’re confident, approachable, and adaptable when working with different business stakeholders, helping everyone stay aligned and move forward.
Fluent English (C1) for effective client and internal communication.
