Job description

Overview

We’re seeking a Marketing Analytics Lead to help us unlock long-term customer value and maximize mortgage recapture through more effective engagement. In this role, you’ll lead analytics across email, lifecycle, brand perception, and NPS, while providing deep, actionable insights into how we attract, retain, and re-engage customers throughout the mortgage journey.

You’ll work cross-functionally to measure and optimize every touchpoint—from onboarding to retention to renewal so that we can turn more one-time borrowers into lifelong customers.

Why join us?

  • Drive real business outcomes by helping us convert more customers through the full lifecycle.
  • Lead high-impact work that directly contributes to long-term mortgage recapture and customer growth.
  • Work cross-functionally in a collaborative, insight-driven environment.
  • Be part of a mission-driven company focused on building lifelong relationships with homeowners.

This fully remote role offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $150,000, an annual bonus, medical benefits starting on day one, and a company-matched 401(k).

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end analytics for email and lifecycle marketing, including onboarding flows, promotional offers, customer nurturing, and retention programs.
  • Deliver insights that inform strategies for mortgage recapture—tracking behavior and engagement patterns that lead to future loan conversions.
  • Analyze NPS and brand sentiment to identify what drives trust, loyalty, and churn across the borrower journey.
  • Build dashboards that connect lifecycle touchpoints to business outcomes like CLTV, recapture rates, and cross-sell potential.
  • Use SQL to pull customers and marketing data from internal systems and marketing platforms.
  • Monitor performance across marketing campaigns using URL tracking, UTMs, and full-funnel attribution.
  • Analyze website behavior to understand landing page performance, lead engagement, and content effectiveness.
  • Support ongoing segmentation, predictive modeling, and test/learning programs across email and digital channels.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and servicing teams to drive strategy and execution.

Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years of experience in marketing or lifecycle analytics, ideally in mortgage, financial services, or insurance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, related field or equivalent experience desired.
  • Demonstrated success using data to improve customer retention, lifecycle value, and recapture performance.
  • Advanced SQL skills with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze, Iterable, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and email performance metrics.
  • Strong background in NPS, CSAT, and brand tracking tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, YouGov).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, or other web tracking and behavioral tools.
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys, testing frameworks, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you can turn insights into action at both strategic and tactical levels.
