We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with expertise in text analysis (NLP) and knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI), particularly in the area of generative AI. The project focuses on the analysis and classification of textual customer complaints.ting technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, and EMR with workload automation tools.

Qualifications
