Job description

We are looking for a QA Engineer with Technical Support experience, based in Nepal, to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing principles and practices, as well as experience with writing and executing test plans. The candidate will also be responsible for owning the process of validating technical field issues.

This is Fully Remote role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Write and execute test plans to validate new and existing features
  • Own the process of validating technical field issues
  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
  • Work with the development team to resolve bugs and improve product quality
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support
  • 3+ years of experience in QA
  • Experience with writing and executing test plans
  • Experience with script programming is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
