Our client, a prominent financial services company specializing in commercial real estate transactions, is seeking a Commercial Title Insurance Underwriting Manager to lead a team of underwriters and title professionals. This role offers an opportunity to drive operational success while providing expert underwriting support for complex commercial transactions.

Candidate Profile

JD required.
Florida Bar Admission.
5+ years of title insurance underwriting experience with a focus on complex commercial real estate transactions.
Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to real estate title insurance and settlement services.
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
Experience managing title underwriting operations at a national or regional level.
Proven ability to establish and maintain high-level relationships with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Strong business acumen and strategic decision-making skills.
National Commercial title experience preferred.
Can be remotely based in Florida in any city, with ability to travel to Miami, if necessary.
