An exciting permanent full-time opportunity has arisen within the Marketing Chapter at HBF. This role is responsible for the planning, crafting, and successful delivery of member communications. You will primarily handle service communications driven by legislative or regulatory obligations related to private health insurance fund rules, policy information and product features. Your goal will be to communicate key information, updates, and changes to the membership base, ensuring an optimised experience across all touchpoints in the member journey. You will also support key operational engagement journeys.
