About The Role
Conveyor is driving real value for customers looking to leverage generative AI. We’ve started seeing real success in our outbound process and we’re looking for a new team member to join and help us increase the momentum! Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you’ll play a critical role in building and optimizing our outbound sales playbook to scale Conveyor’s business across the Enterprise!
What You’ll Do
Manage a book of business to source deals through intent signals, and cold outbound efforts
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges and provide tailored demos
Guide customers through hands-on proofs of concept, develop business cases, and close deals
Collaborate with leadership to build and optimize a repeatable outbound playbook that future team members can leverage
Partner closely with our CS, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams–your customer learnings and feedback will be critical to the company and product roadmap
Provide coaching and mentorship to new team members
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of closing experience in a fast growing software company
A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles hitting or exceeding quotas
Outbound experience–you’ve sourced and closed your own deals
Experience working with Mid-Market and Enterprise customers–you can align with company priorities and navigate multiple stakeholders to get a deal done
Team Mentality: You love to win and you help others do the same
Sales skills: You are organized (things don’t slip through the cracks), you come prepared to meetings, build rapport, listen, ask great questions, and keep things moving forward

The estimate for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is $280,000 per year.
