What a day in the life looks like:

  • Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the SVP of Business Excellence

  • Assist and communicate with senior sales leaders in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation

  • Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure & performance, and find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them

  • Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison between operations leaders, senior sales management, and the SVP, regarding sales climate & culture, sales member performance, project updates, proposals, and planning

  • Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior sales management & operations leaders, owning an array of responsibilities from driving annual planning/budgeting, goal setting/management (annual and quarterly), territory design, quota setting process, ROE/Comp setting process, investment planning/tracking, all-hands, monthly management meetings, Offsite’s & QBR’s

  • Build and develop relationships with all senior leaders and operations leaders for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with the SVP on special projects

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of initiatives, programs and communications
