Your Role
Develop Intralox as the preferred partner for conveyance solutions at key customers, driving long-term, profitable sales growth.
Foster strong relationships between corporate and plant contacts, supporting the commercial team in the field.
Create and own strategic Account Plans for key customers, ensuring alignment and execution with the Selling Team.
Implement proactive territory management to maximize time and resources for business growth.
Identify sales opportunities and document the resources needed to close deals.
Define market potential, create annual business plans, and forecast sales.
Who You Are
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Technical background with a willingness to travel extensively (about three days per week) within the territory and abroad.
Knowledge and/or experience in the food industry, preferably in the bakery sector.
Strong technical affinity and a proactive, self-managed approach.
Commercially driven, committed to results, and accustomed to tight deadlines.
