Collegiate Hotel Group® is seeking a SeniorVice President of Revenue Management & eCommerce to lead Revenue Management efforts and support our brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
The VP of Revenue Management & eCommerce will lead the Revenue Management discipline for dynamic hotels with Collegiate Hotel Group. These hotels include but are not limited to the Graduate and Marine & Lawn Brands of hotels.
Hire, lead, inspire, motivate, and strategize with your team of Area and Regional Directors of Revenue Management.
Collaborate with our eCommerce leaders to develop the tactics to drive both awareness and transactions across all levels of the demand funnel.
Leverage data to ensure our digital tactics provide strong ROI across the KPIs identified as critical to our hotel’s success
Liaison with our marketing teams to identify need periods and corresponding tactics to overcome any shortfalls.
Continually enhance our forecasting processes and communication strategies.
Develop and implement innovative strategies that will support our portfolio’s ability to meet budgeted expectations and gain market share.
Analyze and communicate results of strategies and results to both internal stakeholders and our owners.
Evaluate and implement opportunities to improve our revenue management strategies, processes, and communication methods.
Develop a growth plan for our high-performing revenue management leaders.
Identify our highest priority and lowest performing assets and ensure there is an enhanced strategic focus plan to improve performance.
Leverage analyst reports and other tools to provide macro-economic outlooks to a variety of stakeholders both within and outside our organization.
Participate and engage with hospitality and commercial associations leaders by participating in industry events, panel engagements, and other forums.
Develop strong synergies with our tech, distribution, and agency partners
Education And Experience
Bachelor in Hotel Management, Business, and/or related degree required
5+ Executive leadership experience in the Revenue Management discipline
Revenue management experience with both Hilton and Independent brands is preferred
