In this role, you will develop and deliver high-quality technical training sessions and create user-focused documentation to support our customers and internal teams. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our users understand how to effectively leverage GrowthZone’s platforms and products.

Each day, you’ll design and lead both virtual and in-person training sessions tailored to a variety of audiences. You’ll create and maintain training materials, including course outlines, instructional guides, and e-learning content. Your work will also involve writing and updating knowledge base articles, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather technical insights, and continuously improving training based on feedback and assessments. This is a hands-on role for someone with excellent communication skills, strong organization, and a passion for instructional design and clarity.

After one year, you’ll know you were successful if:

  • You consistently deliver engaging and well-rated training sessions to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • You maintain an organized and up-to-date library of user guides, training decks, and e-learning modules.
  • You actively gather and implement feedback to improve the effectiveness of your training materials and delivery.
