Web Services Project Manager

We are looking for a Web Services Project Manager that can work with our customers, designing and building websites for them. Interacting with customers daily, through email and coordination meetings, this position will guide customers through the web design process. During this process you will also train the customer on how to edit and maintain their website. Your knowledge in front-end website design, WordPress, CSS and JavaScript will enable you to be a successful individual contributor.

A typical day for this position involves conducting 2-4 meetings with customers along with continually coordinating your 25-30 projects you are responsible for. Responding to customer emails and keeping them informed of project status is of utmost importance. You will need to be comfortable using a Content Management System (CMS). You will have a team of co-workers to share and learn knowledge from as well as continue to advance your own knowledge in web design. Customer satisfaction is a high priority, and you should have experience in dealing with external customers.

After one year, you’ll know you were successful if:

• You maintain a high satisfaction rating from customers.
• You successfully manage 25-30 projects and complete them in a timely manner.

Salary And Benefits

At GrowthZone, we are committed to offering competitive compensation aligned with employee qualifications. The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000, determined based on experience, skills. and internal parity.
