Job Summary

This role provides critical administrative customer support by ensuring that service deliveries are scheduled with our vendors, and then confirming that the service is completed by the vendor and that LDR has received the appropriate documentation and details to reflect the service provided. This role is a highly engaged role that requires continual interaction with vendors and customers.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Contact vendor to Confirm delivery is on schedule using various forms of communication including telephone, email, text, etc.
  • Once a removal order has been submitted, contact our vendors to confirm services and removal have occurred and obtain the details surrounding the service provided.
  • Confirm weight tickets have been provided, and where missing, research the whereabouts, and/or pull one from the system as needed.
  • Use our internal ticketing function within Salesforce to input the gathered information from our vendors.
  • Communicate with sales teams on any pertinent and vital order information.
  • Recognize potential order issues and escalate those issues to management.
  • Perform Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience, skills, and qualifications:

  • Proficient in Google or similar software Suite - 6 months -1 yr. preferred
  • Able to communicate effectively over the telephone, by computer video, email and social media with a high attention to detail
  • Have a structured/self-motivated approach to meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly goals
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
  • Previous sales experience working in a customer driven remote environment preferred
  • Solid Technical/computer aptitude including the utilization of multi-screen systems
  • Previous experience in customer support or vendor relations preferred

Educational Requirements

  • 4-year college or university degree preferred

Salary: $21 - $22 per hour
