Seeking a knowledgeable website consultant to be a part our support team. This candidate will be working on the management of individual or franchise websites for strategic clients.
This position includes basic SEO knowledge and interaction with the Sales and Service teams who will recommend changes and solutions during both creation and maintenance phases. The web consultant will also be responsible for other aspects related to website management.
Our ideal candidate will have creativity for site design, knowledge of the latest techniques and trends, and excellent writing skills and communication skills.
Duties And Responsibilities
Edit websites based on customer and internal team requests, ensuring all changes are accurately implemented and meet the customer's specifications.
Manage and resolve various support requests in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot site and DNS issues reported by customers and internal teams.
Be willing to assist with talking to our clients by email or by phone support
Daily personal queue management which includes completing assigned support cases, providing timely updates to the requester, and following case handling process as directed.
Education And Experience Requirements
A minimum of two or more years of experience in a customer support role.
Ability to work independently, as well as with groups, and balance multiple priorities.
Working knowledge of backend website functionality.
Basic photoshopping skills is a plus.
Comfortable working with debugging tools such as Chrome inspector, etc.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS and other web technologies.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
Familiarity with DNS management, including setup and transfer.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to explain technical issues in user-friendly language to non-technical end users
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $43,000 and $55,000.  Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
