About the Role

Account Manager has in-depth customer and community-facing skills and a passion for health and social care.  The Account Manager is a dedicated partner to enterprise customers, owning the end-to-end customer experience from onboarding to contract renewal and expansion. The Account Manager role focuses on developing deep relationships with customers, driving the adoption of Unite Us solutions, and identifying opportunities for growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention. A successful Account Manager will leverage their expertise in health and social care to deliver tailored solutions and drive success for customers and the communities they serve.


What You'll Do
:

  • Deliver sales objectives considering overall opportunities, customer business priorities and anticipated business changes, our unique product capabilities, and value proposition.
  • Proactively leverage a matrix account team to develop and manage sales pipeline and enhance customer relationships and value.
  • Ensure customers have a high rate of customer satisfaction, adoption, engagement and retention
  • Manage and track customer and transactional information in Salesforce
  • Provide regular and accurate reporting of pipeline and forecast in Salesforce
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure client adoption, utilization, and ROI for account users and sponsored users
  • Practice effective, excellent communication with leadership, customers, and extended team and partners.
  • Act as the customer’s escalation point for business-critical issues, ensuring follow-up and resolution
  • Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts
  • Participate in team-building and company-growth activities, including strategic planning, sales training, customer marketing efforts, and customer care.
  • Be an expert in Unite Us products and services and educate customers on Unite Us technology solutions that currently are out of scope but would add value

You’re a great fit for this role if:

  • 5+ years of sales, customer success, account management or directly related work experience preferred
  • Experience creating and sustaining strategic partnerships
  • Experience with renewals and retention opportunities
  • Experience analyzing data to pull our insights, tell a story and drive revenue growth within the account
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a book of business
  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions
:

  • This position is remote, U.S. based. Strong preference for candidates comfortable working in ET/CT time zones
  • The target pay range for this role is: $80,000 - $95,000.  This salary range represents our target hiring range for this role. The proposed salary will be dependent on the candidate's skills, experience, and competencies, as well as location.
  • All team members will be required to pass a background check which includes criminal, employment, and education verification
