Your role

1. Assist the Marketing Director in coordinating and executing trade show logistics and communication before, during, and after the show, ensuring smooth and successful event participation. Liaison with outside agencies as appropriate.

2. Support the Marketing Director in developing and executing the internal communications strategy to foster engagement and alignment across teams.

3. Design an Internal Digital Screen Communication strategy, create framework, build compelling content, and execute calendar across the F&B NA site network via ScreenCloud software. On-board site-based users and train them on the software and how to leverage the site-specific channels. Collaborate with Global Communications on content and frequency for their use of the global-specific channels.

4. Craft clear, engaging PR content and various internal and external communication materials such as press releases, newsletters, customer notification letters, and organizational updates.

5. Collaborate closely with HR and Marketing Director to manage and distribute organizational announcements and news effectively.

6. Support Marketing Director with keeping the sales tools portal on the internal digital storage site up to date and organized and support the distribution of new tools to the sales team and other stakeholders.

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
* 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, or related areas.
* Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Passionate about food, culinary trends, and innovative food ingredients.
* Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with remote teams and
cross-functional groups.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
* Previous experience coordinating or assisting with trade shows or corporate events.
* Familiarity with communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and project management platforms.
* Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Canva, Mural a plus)
* Familiarity or interest in generative AI tools for research and content generation (ChatGPT - draft prompts)
