(ESI), we’re looking for a Market Manager in the Dallas area to drive new business in the small business segment by delivering our full suite of HR, benefits, safety, risk, and payroll solutions.

What You’ll Do:

- Prospect and convert leads through cold calls, LinkedIn, events, and referrals

- Build trusted relationships with business owners, CFOs, and HR leaders

- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline in Salesforce

- Partner with marketing and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions

- Grow a local ecosystem of referral partners

- Help SMBs simplify their people operations with our proven solutions


What You Bring:

- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience (PEO, HR services, insurance, or SaaS a plus)

- Proven ability to build a book of business

- Strong communication, organization, and digital skills

- CRM fluency (Salesforce), Office suite, and sales tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo)

- A proactive, self-starting mindset and passion for helping small businesses thrive
