WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the Special Projects Manager, you will operate as a critical executor and problem-solver within the Office of the CEO. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff and working closely with the Founder, you will lead cross-functional projects that fall outside traditional team scopes. You will also handle a wide range of bespoke personal initiatives on behalf of the Founder, ensuring precision, discretion, and impact. Whether stabilizing chaos, launching new initiatives, or driving confidential, high-priority efforts, you will deliver results across real estate, ventures, operations, and founder-led projects. This role is designed for a high-agency generalist with a bias for action, analytical rigor, and exceptional organizational instincts.

WHO YOU ARE

Versatile Operator – You excel at taking ownership of undefined or ambiguous projects, structuring clarity from complexity.

Execution-Oriented – You thrive in high-velocity environments and get things done with limited direction or oversight.

Trustworthy & Discreet – You can be trusted with confidential information and highly sensitive initiatives across personal and professional domains.

Highly Resourceful – You can source vendors, lead negotiations, and build dashboards with equal ease—whatever the problem, you find and deliver the solution.

Detail-Obsessed – You execute with rigor, whether you're managing a renovation budget, overseeing due diligence, or coordinating executive travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute high-priority initiatives across investments, real estate, ventures, and operations.
  • Lead projects that fall between departments, where no formal owner exists.
  • Oversee complex real estate renovations or new construction on behalf of the Principal.
  • Launch new business lines or support venture diligence with financial and operational analysis.
  • Manage bespoke personal affairs projects including relocation, legal coordination, or asset management.
  • Own and execute personal initiatives for the Founder, including home projects, philanthropic interests, legal matters, and travel-related needs.
  • Source and manage external vendors, consultants, and contractors for high-leverage work.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, budgets, and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to extend organizational leverage and manage confidential projects.
  • Handle sensitive negotiations and support confidential strategic decisions for the Principal.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or project management.
  • Demonstrated success owning complex cross-functional initiatives start to finish.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in financial modeling, diligence, or business evaluation.
  • Familiarity with real estate project oversight, vendor sourcing, or managing capital-intensive initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational skills and written communication, including executive-level reporting and documentation.
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion in dealing with sensitive personal and professional matters.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and pivot quickly based on evolving priorities.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Suite, project management platforms, and dashboard tools.
