WHAT YOU’LL DO


As the Recruiter, you will manage full-cycle recruitment across high-growth operating companies, working closely with hiring managers to execute efficient, high-quality searches. You’ll be responsible for consistently sourcing top talent, managing 5+ concurrent requisitions, and delivering high retention, on-time hires across business-critical roles. This role is ideal for a high-output, detail-oriented recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.


WHO YOU ARE


  • High-Performing Recruiter - Proven ability to manage 5+ roles simultaneously and deliver timely, high-retention hires.
  • Top-of-Funnel Expert - Skilled in cold outreach and passive sourcing, consistently submitting 5+ qualified candidates per role.
  • Cross-Functional Generalist - Strong experience recruiting for marketing, sales, finance, operations, and support functions.
  • Start-Up Mindset - Comfortable navigating ambiguity, urgency, and shifting priorities in founder-led, high-growth environments.
  • Process-Oriented Operator - Maintains flawless ATS hygiene and tracking while executing searches efficiently and systematically.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Manage 5+ active requisitions from intake to offer with minimal oversight.
  • Source and submit 5+ qualified candidates per role within 10 days of intake, ensuring at least 2 reach final rounds.
  • Maintain 100% ATS compliance, updating all candidate stages, notes, and feedback within 24 hours.
  • Fill at least 6 roles in the first 90 days, maintaining 80%+ on-time hiring and 90-day retention.
  • Partner with hiring managers to shape intake briefs, comp card alignment, and role expectations.
  • Drive 60%+ recruiter screen pass-through rate by aligning tightly to role and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a passive talent pipeline of 100+ segmented candidates.
  • Achieve 85%+ hiring manager satisfaction via timely communication, alignment, and delivery.
  • Contribute to 3+ recruiting process improvements or automation initiatives in the first year.
  • Use sourcing metrics and pipeline analytics to inform search strategy and reporting.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING


  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, managing 5+ roles with high-quality, on-time outcomes.
  • Track record of delivering 5+ qualified candidates per search, with 2+ progressing to final rounds.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple business functions (marketing, ops, finance, sales, support).
  • 3+ years working in founder-led, fast-growth companies requiring agility, speed, and iteration.
  • Excellent cold sourcing skills with creative outreach and passive engagement techniques.
  • Strong collaboration with hiring teams, maintaining 85%+ satisfaction on recruiter performance.
  • Flawless ATS documentation and pipeline hygiene with 100% data integrity.
  • Experience hiring in regulated categories (e.g., supplements, wellness, alcohol, CPG).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
  • Fluency in recruiting tools, analytics platforms, and data-driven decision-making.


Compensation


You will be compensated with a strong base, and aggressive bonus plan based on profitability, positive cash flow and growth. You will receive options in companies across the operating portfolio including, in companies, with highly lucrative near term exit objectives.
