Position Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role within our team by identifying and qualifying potential leads, creating a pipeline of opportunities, and engaging prospects to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
Responsibilities
Initiate high volumes of outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
Leverage advanced power dialers, to efficiently manage and maximize outbound call volumes and optimize time spent on calls
Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversation quotas to contribute to overall sales objectives
Cultivate key relationships with new customers and industries to grow business and create new opportunities
Understand customer pain points and create solutions and opportunities to resolve them through regular communication and follow-ups
Remain up to date on product and industry trends, and provide new strategic business opportunities
Reach out to inactive accounts to re-introduce our client's products and services
Nurture relationships through active and diligent follow-up using various tools including, but not limited to phone, email, digital properties, and various Social Media Platforms.
Maintain accurate records of all leads, opportunities, and contact activities utilizing the Company's CRM capabilities.
Meet Corporate, Department, and Individual targets and Key Performance Indicators.
Always represent our company and products with integrity
May on occasion be asked to take on tasks outside of job responsibility to help with company goals
Skills/Qualifications
