Ansell is looking for a passionate, customer-focused Territory Sales Manager, Sweden South based in the Greater Gothenburg Area (Gothenburg – Halmstad – Borås – Alingsås - Jönköping Stenungsund - Uddevalla) to join our EMEA Commercial Industrial & Scientific Unit.


As a member of the Ansell Nordics Industrial & Scientific sales team, the Territory Sales Manager will be vital in promoting and selling Ansell’s products and services to achieve or exceed targeted sales within the assigned territory.


Please note that no relocation assistance will be provided for this position.

What your role will be?

Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to Area Sales Manager, Nordics, the Territory Sales Manager will:

  • Analyse, formulate, and implement Ansell’s end-user and distributors’ business to reach targeted revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities to grow Ansell’s business by using data-drive and structured approach.
  • Survey competitor activities in the market and develop appropriate strategies.
  • Prepare sales plans and goals.
  • Establish and maintain partnership with customers and colleagues.
  • Monitor performance of distribution partners and plan effective joint end-user visits to increase profitability.
  • Supervise and train distributor team in Ansell-specific knowledge and processes.
  • Guide distributors and end-users on new products, policies, and strategies, and create awareness of Ansell’s marketing and sales programs.
  • Develop sales plans, budgets, reports, and forecasts.

  • Demonstrated experience in selling/ channel experience ideally within PPE market.
  • Expert in consultative selling-like methodologies/approaches.
  • Knowledge of industry, end-users, and distribution network.
  • Self-starter with strong self-disciplined, and effective team player.
  • Excellent listening, negotiating and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of PPE industry is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluency in Swedish and English (written and verbal).

This role requires frequent domestic travel (70%) and occasional international travel.
