We’re growing fast, and we’re hiring a powerhouse Sales Manager to lead our top-of-funnel outbound sales team. This isn’t just about hitting targets—it’s about building trust, coaching SDRs and LDRs, and shaping the strategies that will fuel our next stage of growth.

As Sales Manager, you’ll own outbound performance, partner cross-functionally to align pipeline priorities, and lead with clarity in a fast-moving, feedback-heavy environment. If you’re ready to coach with conviction—and build something meaningful while you’re at it—this is your role.

What You’ll Do (Your Impact 🚀)

  • Lead and Coach the Team – Manage SDRs and LDRs through 1:1s, syncs, and feedback. Drive performance, rebuild accountability, and set a high bar for execution.
  • Set and Hit Team Targets – Define weekly/monthly goals and ensure consistent progress, even when momentum is low.
  • Use Data to Drive Action – Track outreach and conversion in HubSpot. Spot issues early, and turn insights into decisions.
  • Level Up the Team – Hire, train, and develop reps at all levels—delivering high-impact coaching that sticks.
  • Refine Sales Systems – Ensure CRM hygiene, streamline reporting, and improve playbooks for scale and clarity.
  • Shape Strategy and Partner Across Teams – Collaborate with the Co-CEO and GTM team, to evolve outbound strategy, align priorities, and drive pipeline performance.
  • Stay Aligned on the Big Picture – Understand Viva’s product, mission, market and growth goals—and help your team connect the dots.


Who We’re Looking For (Your Superpowers 💡)

  • 2+ years of people management experience (ideally leading SDR or outbound teams)
  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience (cold calling, cold emailing, or social selling)
  • Fluent in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • C2 English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Based in LATAM
