Job description

We're looking for a sharp, adaptable Project Manager to keep momentum high and communication clear in our async, low-bureaucracy environment. You'll own timelines, coordinate cross-functional work, and keep the team focused — all without adding extra meetings or unnecessary process.
This isn't a traditional PM role. We're not big on rituals, long status updates, or micromanagement. We're looking for someone who brings clarity, removes blockers, and helps small teams move fast.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the person who keeps everything moving:

  • Coordinate across design, development, and marketing
  • Prioritize tasks, reduce Slack noise, and create clarity
  • Act as the bridge between the founder and the team
  • Own timelines, prep launches, follow up, unblock others
  • Keep projects focused, organized, and actually shipped

  • Exposure to onboarding/activation flows or messy real-world edge cases
  • Comfort breaking work into shippable, testable chunks
