For this role, our client is looking for an experienced FP&A Data Analyst who will play a key role in financial planning and analysis, cross-functional collaboration & communication, and process improvement & optimization. This is a full-time position during Eastern Time.


The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:

  • Must have at least a year of relevant experience as a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst or similar role.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years proven experience in the finance / accounting field.
  • Proven experience in financial/data analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong ability to analyze large datasets and interpret financial trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial teams.


Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Conduct budget reviews and track financial performance.
  • Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyze cost structures, expenses, and revenue patterns for efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, financial models, and data visualization tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards.
  • Communicate financial insights to non-financial teams for alignment.
  • Collaborate with teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Support financial planning & analysis (FP&A) efforts in collaboration with finance and operations teams.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits and compensation:

  • A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
  • A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
  • A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
  • Fully-paid healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
  • Compensation range: $7 - 8 per hour.


*Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
