Job description

The Medical Affairs Company (TMAC) is seeking a dynamic Field-Based Medical Advisor to join our client’s innovative oncology team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of Head and Neck Cancer research and treatment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to provide high-level scientific support and education
  • Support clinical trial processes, from feasibility studies to site initiation visits
  • Contribute to the Company's Trial Network in Head and Neck Cancer (MTNHN)
  • Build relationships with patient advocacy organizations and key opinion leaders
  • Organize investigator roundtables and support clinical program development
  • Serve as an expert resource for scientific and clinical information
  • Identify and participate in key oncology congresses
  • Develop and execute field medical affairs plans aligned with company strategies

Qualifications

  • M.D., Ph.D., Pharm.D., or NP/PA with relevant clinical experience
  • 2+ years in oncology clinical practice and 1+ years in MSL/Medical Affairs
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex scientific concepts
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity and fluency in local language plus English language
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
