The Medical Affairs Company (TMAC) is seeking a dynamic Field-Based Medical Advisor to join our client’s innovative oncology team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of Head and Neck Cancer research and treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to provide high-level scientific support and education
Support clinical trial processes, from feasibility studies to site initiation visits
Contribute to the Company's Trial Network in Head and Neck Cancer (MTNHN)
Build relationships with patient advocacy organizations and key opinion leaders
Organize investigator roundtables and support clinical program development
Serve as an expert resource for scientific and clinical information
Identify and participate in key oncology congresses
Develop and execute field medical affairs plans aligned with company strategies
Qualifications
M.D., Ph.D., Pharm.D., or NP/PA with relevant clinical experience
2+ years in oncology clinical practice and 1+ years in MSL/Medical Affairs
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to quickly grasp complex scientific concepts
Cross-cultural sensitivity and fluency in local language plus English language
Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
