Elevate is recruiting a Compliance Analyst to join our Legal Ops team!


Specifically, the Compliance Analyst will

  • Screen electronic communications quickly and effectively using customer-developed guidelines on market abuse.
  • Identify and escalate potential instances of market abuse.
  • Work with customer teams to ensure the efficient escalation of relevant cases.
  • Provide reports when necessary on the e-Communications Surveillance KPIs.


Experience

  • 1+ years' experience in e-Communications, trade surveillance, market abuse, or compliance in a financial services firm.
  • Fluency in a second language is a plus. (Spanish, French, German, Portuguese)

Technical Skills

  • Computer literate with good MS office skills.
  • Expertise in compliance and trade monitoring software (such as HP Autonomy, HP Surveillance).


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.


Compensation

  • The pay rate for this remote-based role is $60,000-65,000/year based on job-related skills, experience, level, and location. In addition, Elevate offers full-time employees a comprehensive benefits package and PTO.
