Job Description

We are now hiring Sr Business Development Executive, in this role you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans in the DACH region to meet and exceed our sales targets.

You will identify, approach and cultivate relationships with new clients including medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies and healthcare providers. Your responsibilities will include delivering high level presentations highlighting the unique benefits and features of our consulting services.

Negotiating and preparing deals with clients and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Maintaining close relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders in the healthcare sector is crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Sales development and execution of accounts identified as strategic customers based on existing or potential volume of NSF business. Single point of contact for client relationship for strategic customers. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and prepare deals to drive business growth.
  • Provide exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and consulting teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Presenting NSF solutions and services through face-to-face meetings, video/web calls, phone, and email communications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree ideally with a business or commercial focus
  • Direct sales experience within the life sciences sector
  • Fluent in German, good knowledge of English
  • 5+ years in consultative selling
  • Experience selling projects $1M+
  • Able to gather and organize resources for key accounts, maintain existing client base and new one to develop
  • Sales expertise in complex structures
  • Experience with CRM systems, e.g. Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of medical devices industry and its services
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in B2B solution sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience selling consulting, training, remediation projects, auditing, clinical trials and related services within the life science industry
  • Network of decision-makers in the life science industry
  • Presenting NSF International solutions and services to clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, video or web meetings, telephone calls and emails
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
