Account Manager II - Animal Welfare

Job Description

NSF is currently looking to add an Agriculture Account Manager II to its growing team to focus primarily on Animal welfare accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for being the main point of contact for NSF clients providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all NSF related services and activities to ensure customer satisfaction and understanding of standards/regulations, audit results, policies, and technical requirements.
• Manage Animal welfare accounts with medium impact and / or complexity.
• Manage projects for assigned customers for auditing of new standards and maintain audit standards of existing clients.
• Compile, organize and maintain client documentation to justify ongoing compliance for audit standards and proper invoicing.
• Facilitate audits by interfacing with other departments (Accounting, Scheduling, Sales, Review, and technical, etc.) to answer/address any issues preventing the audit workflow.
• Attain strong knowledge of designated client files and ongoing animal welfare compliance to be able to explain the audit decisions to accreditation representatives, auditors, and regulators as needed.
• Provide customer guidance on standards, regulations, or audit process.
• Meet with clients (in office, tradeshows, or their facilities) as needed to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Identify and provide input to process improvement opportunities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
• 2-5 years relevant work experience (Animal Welfare/Wellness) including experience in providing excellent customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Ability to interact with external customers.
• Ability to manage customer accounts.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong time, organizational and project management skills.
• Strong technical writing skills.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $83,000 USD

The total pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At NSF, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
