We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Engineer to manage and optimize access control, identity management, and security processes across our cloud applications. This role will focus on implementing and improving Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), integrating IDM systems, and automating workflows to enhance operational efficiency and security compliance.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Maintain and enhance access control for cloud applications, ensuring RBAC model implementation and security compliance.
  • Assist in integrating identity management (IDM) systems with internal applications for seamless authentication.
  • Analyze user roles and access rights, transitioning existing access models to RBAC while minimizing disruption.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related incidents.
  • Utilize scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell) and API integrations (REST, SOAP, Webhooks) to automate workflows and system connections.
  • Implement and manage OAuth, SAML, and SSO to ensure secure authentication and user access.


About You:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an IT Operations Engineer or in a similar IT operations role.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) administration.
  • Strong experience with RBAC implementation and access control management.
  • Hands-on experience with IDM systems integration.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Shell, PowerShell) for automation.
  • Experience with API integrations and data exchange formats (XML, JSON).
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n).
  • Solid understanding of IT security best practices related to access control and user data protection.


Nice to Have:

  • Google workspace administration experience managing accounts, permissions, and integrations.
  • Configuring and maintaining Slack workspaces.
  • Microsoft Entra experience managing identities and application access.
