We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new logo growth across the US West Coast. You’ll focus on building relationships with enterprise customers, running a full-cycle sales process, and helping organizations modernize with AI-powered service management.
What You’ll Do
Own the entire enterprise sales cycle: from outbound prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close.
Develop and execute territory/ account plans to drive net-new business.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline, with a focus on self-sourced opportunities.
Lead product demos and solution presentations for IT and business stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with BDRs, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless buying experience.
Maintain accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, and activity logs.
Negotiate pricing and contracts, balancing customer value and company goals.
Stay current on market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience closing complex SaaS deals with enterprise-level IT decision makers.
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and meeting/exceeding quotas.
Strong communicator and negotiator, comfortable presenting to C-level and technical audiences.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and resilient-driven to win and excel in a remote environment.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven, consultative sales approach.
Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools (e.g., SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Gong, Highspot, Google Workspace).
Based in California or Washington (or able to work West Coast hours).
