What You'll do:

- Provide ITSM Support by managing incidents, problems, and changes while ensuring adherence to ITSM best practices and maintaining clear process documentation.

- Collaborate on service delivery to ensure operational excellence and smooth IT service operations.

- Develop and maintain dashboards (e.g., in Power BI) to visualize operational and financial data, including system performance, incident trends, and expenditure reports.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve service quality and operational efficiency.

- Monitor and manage public cloud costs (AWS, Azure), track resource usage, and coordinate cost allocation and optimization efforts with engineering and finance teams.

- Support financial operations by assisting in cloud budget planning, forecasting, invoice reconciliation, and reporting

- Manage vendor contracts and ensure compliance with financial governance policies.

- Support change management activities, defining methods, schedules, and time estimates, while monitoring implementation and reporting progress to management.

What You Are:

- ITSM process knowledge and hands-on support experience

- Proficiency in dashboard/reporting tools (Power BI, ServiceNow)

- Experience in cloud financial operations and optimization (AWS/Azure)

- Understanding of cloud budgeting and cost management tools
