Responsibilities

Conduct user research to support new policies, identify unmet needs, and test improvements, including reviewing previous research on supplier payment services.
Create a user research plan with key goals, methods, and participant criteria, ensuring thorough documentation and communication of findings.
Recruit a diverse range of participants, including those with accessibility needs, maintaining a research schedule of every three weeks.
Collaborate with design and development teams to design, test, and refine prototypes, prioritising research to meet policy implementation targets.
Work with stakeholders to prioritise and design service improvements based on user insights, ensuring alignment with DDaT and GOV.UK standards.
Continuously test and refine enhancements, validating user needs across segments with design and development teams.
