We are seeking an experienced Service Designer to collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary teams to architect and deliver cutting-edge digital solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs. Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors related to the service.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define service objectives and requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create service blueprints, user journey maps, and other design artifacts to visualize and communicate service concepts.
  • Prototype and iterate service solutions using design tools and techniques.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including user researchers, business analysts, and developers, to implement service enhancements.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You can strategically shape and lead analysis as part of multi-disciplinary teams operating within programme, portfolio or scaled agile methodologies.
  • You have demonstratable experience of successfully contributing to the delivery of Digital products and projects in the Public Sector using GDS.
  • You can select the appropriate business modelling techniques that are most effective to help people understand the situations, problems, and solutions.
