Join GrowthAssistant as a Sales Development Assistant

Are you a proactive and organized professional with a knack for identifying leads and optimizing sales outreach? Do you excel at supporting sales teams with research, outreach strategies, and pipeline management to drive growth? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to a fast-growing team!

 

Salary Range:  PHP 60,000 - 70,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role

  • Support lead generation by identifying target contacts within a predefined list of accounts using tools like Apollo.
  • Execute LinkedIn outreach: send connection requests, follow-up with messages, and engage with prospects to book meetings.
  • Track and reach out to individuals who engage with relevant LinkedIn posts.
  • Send follow-up messages to conference leads (post-event) via LinkedIn and email; log and organize responses.
  • Assist with pre-conference meeting planning by identifying potential attendees, initiating outreach, and booking meetings.
  • Coordinate cold email outreach: source target contacts, update campaign lists, and track replies
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Drive) with leads, statuses, and notes
  • Schedule meetings for founders using cal.com or similar tools

The Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B sales support role
  • Familiarity with outbound tools such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, or similar platforms
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel)
  • Excellent written English for LinkedIn and email communication
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow structured outreach playbooks
Nice to Have:
  • Experience supporting a founder or early-stage startup team
  • Understanding of LinkedIn and social engagement tactics
  • Experience assisting with conference logistics or outreach
  • Exposure to CRMs or knowledge of standard sales development workflows
