Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Part-time (20 hours/week), flexible schedule with preference for afternoon/evening hours

Client Timezone: Pacific Time (PST/PDT)


Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookkeeping for three entities (two companies and one tax-exempt foundation)

  • Process and reconcile revenue data from multiple payment channels (WordPress, ticket sales, donations, memberships)

  • Perform data entry and reconciliation in QuickBooks

  • Prepare financial statements and reports

  • Assist with tax return preparation

  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Perform regular account reconciliations

  • Import and validate data from various WordPress payment channels

  • Establish and maintain organized financial records

  • Collaborate with local office manager and team members

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with QuickBooks

  • Proficiency in handling multiple entity bookkeeping

  • Experience with WordPress financial integrations

  • Knowledge of tax-exempt organization accounting preferred

  • Excellent data entry and reconciliation skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and remotely

  • Professional English communication skills

  • Available to work afternoon/early evening Pacific Time hours
