Mon-Fri 9 AM- 6 PM St. Louis, MO time includes 1h unpaid break
Scope:
40 hours per week
Management of two simultaneous client campaigns
Monday to Friday schedule
Remote work with provided equipment and internet
Initial 90-day probationary period

Execute high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns for B2B clients
Manage and coordinate multiple client campaigns simultaneously
Conduct professional business communications across multiple channels (phone, SMS, email, Zoom)
Handle calls professionally and navigate various scenarios including objections and hesitations
Process and qualify leads according to client specifications
Maintain high call volume while ensuring quality communication
Strong and effective communication skills with professional phone presence
Previous customer service and sales experience a must
Experience in B2B environment a must
Ability to handle high call volumes
Professional English communication skills
Experience with multiple communication channels (phone, email, SMS)
Strong objection handling abilities
Basic technical proficiency with CRM systems and dialers
