Platform Engineering Lead (Adobe Experience Manager)

This is a remote position for a full-time employee eligible for employment in the United States.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced developer to help us successfully deliver best-in-class digital experience platform builds for our clients. Platform Engineering Leads work on a cross-functional team, partnering directly with client stakeholders, Designers, and Product team members. You enjoy solving hard problems and delivering quality code.

Key Responsibilities

· Confidently collaborate with teams and clients to deliver platform applications.

· Set and adhere to coding patterns and standards for client platform applications.

· Complete complex platform development tasks with limited outside direction.

· Develop for and validate platform application security.

· Review and merge code pull requests from team members for platform development tasks.

· Commit to and meet sprint commitments.

· Collaborate on- and off-project with domestic and offshore team members.

· Serve as a mentor and coach to less experienced team members.

Requirements

Critical Competencies

· Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform development and deployment

· 3rd party data and content integrations

· Headless content management and delivery, GraphQL being a plus

· Project build tools and CI pipelines to optimize development and deployment

· OWASP common security vulnerabilities and how to mitigate

· Energy and enthusiasm to create value, internally and for clients

Qualifications

· 7+ years in a software engineering role

· Experience in a client-facing role, consulting preferred

· Comfortable working in an iterative, agile environment
