Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Traffic Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be the central hub for managing the workflow and execution of our marketing automation campaigns. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and campaign managers, to streamline processes and optimize campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination & Workflow Optimization:

    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project calendar for all marketing automation initiatives.

    • Manage the workflow of marketing automation projects, from initial concept to deployment and reporting.

    • Enforce efficient processes for project intake, prioritization, and execution.

    • Use Monday.com to track progress, support management of resources, and ensure deadlines are met.

    • Coordinate the execution of marketing automation campaigns.

    • Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure timely delivery of assets.

    • Track and report on allocation of resources to assist with planning.

    • Communicate project status and updates to team management.

    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams.

    • Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks and risks.

    • Assist in maintaining clear documentation of project processes and procedures.

  • Monitoring & Reporting:

    • Monitor campaign development outputs vs due dates and identify areas for improvement.

    • Generate reports on campaign metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.

    • Analyze data to identify trends and optimize campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Solid experience in marketing project management or traffic management.  

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com).

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
