Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to lead the design, deployment and integration Lenel Access Control and Milestone Video Management Systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage the planning, design, and execution of Lenel and Milestone system installations, ensuring alignment with DoD, FIPS, ICD 705 and FMS standards.
  • Lead site surveys, requirements validation, design coordination, and installation oversight across multiple United States and Host Nation facilities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, risk management, and delivery of scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
  • Coordinate the work of technical teams, subcontractors, and OEM partners to achieve successful integration of access control and video systems.
  • Oversee hardware procurement, configuration, installation, and commissioning activities, including system testing and user acceptance.
  • Ensure systems meet cybersecurity and network integration requirements, supporting Authority to Operate (ATO) and RMF processes.
  • Support system training for end-users and operators while documenting configuration, operations, and maintenance plans.
  • Provide reporting and input to program-level planning, contract deliverables, and performance metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • At least two years in electronics maintenance 
  • Experience with Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), intrusion detection systems (IDS, automated access control systems (ACS) and basic networking 

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • U.S. Citizenship with active or attainable SECRET clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical/military experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing physical security or IT infrastructure projects; direct experience with Lenel and Milestone required.
  • Working knowledge of access control principles, video surveillance systems, and secure network environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with MS Project, Visio, and system architecture documentation preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex projects in fast-paced, secure environments.

Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $217,400.00
